The downsides - management needs to pay better attention to details. The front door keypad required us to input the code a minimum of 2 times every time we entered, sometimes 6 times. This is an unacceptable way to enter into our so-called home for 4 days. My son got locked out one night, the lock would just not unlock for him. The apartment is "too new" or more recently renovated to be in the less than perfect condition it was left in. Kitchen counters are stained or simply not cleaned. Upper floor beautiful patio was filthy upon arrival. Someone needs to do better quality control.
