We were in Porto for a friends reunion and Tiego made it perfect for us. He suggested so many good restaurants, he did book all for us. And he was incredibly fast in his responses. He has a lovely smile and such a positive energy. The place was great for us 5 friends. It was super clean, had all we needed in the kitchen. Had even extra umbrellas, toothpaste and toothbrushes for all of us. It felt like home. We also loved the location of the hotel which was very central. The apartment was huge for just one person, but it felt very comfortable and welcoming. The lighting inside was gorgeous, and it really made the space feel cozy. The windows didn’t have the view I was expecting — but that’s Porto, you don’t really come here for sweeping views. There was an old, abandoned building right outside my window that gave me a bit of an eerie feeling at first, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t take away from the experience. The location itself was perfect — close to everything I needed. The apartment was fully stocked with all the essentials: a full kitchen, coffee, clean towels, and linens. Speaking of towels and linens, they smelled amazing! Whatever detergent or soap they use, I wish I knew because the scent was just incredible. A special thank you to Tiago. He was fantastic with communication from the start, very helpful and attentive. He even provided me with a detailed map of his recommended restaurants and places to visit, which made exploring so much easier. I drove into Porto and had to park a little further away. Carrying heavy luggage and extra bags over cobblestone streets was definitely a challenge, but once I arrived, Tiago was kind enough to help me with everything. It would be even better if there were more convenient parking options, but I understand the area is limited. Tiago really pays attention to detail and the apartment has everything you will possibly need. You will want for nothing here. The terrace is fantastic and we grilled some steaks and enjoyed the evenings in a beautiful place. Laundry onsite is great and I can think of no negative things to say. It is conveniently located near the heart Porto just a few blocks away. Thiago (the manager) was absolutely amazing not only accommodating our crazy hours and requests but providing excellent recommendations for places to see and visit. He even has a quick power point presentation that he gives to help you determine where you want to go. Hotel doesn't have designated parking but there is street parking and there is a parking garage across the street which is convenient.
