The Space: The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, a cozy living room, a balcony with direct access to the garden and pool, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Getting Around: You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request). You also have access to an extensive public transportation network. Other Things to Note: In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
