The Neighborhood: The apartment is located in downtown Porto, in the cultural and tourist center of the city, where the fun happens! Other Things to Note: In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (such as smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking. Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a fee will apply (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for the additional costs.
