Had high hopes but was let down
The hotel notified Expedia that they did not have a room for us, even though We booked it through Expedia months prior to our visit. we were not informed of this until we arrived at the hotel (after a very long flight and drive to the hotel). The front desk staff was very helpful with dealing with this and had a last minute cancelation and were able to accommodate us but traveling with two small children this was not an ideal situation. The room was pretty bare but that would have been fine except that the bed was incredibly hard and the shower flooded on multiple occasions. Overall the staff was great but the room not so much.

Amazing views, very friendly people, lovely food. Really enjoyed it. Highly recommend it.

The clothes of the bed was too, too small. In bathroom we have no suport to put objets of toilette.

good hotel, good view from roof top restaurant.
the hotel is 20 km from Porto. We expected closer. Good for day trips. Quiet, except elevator noise. Good view.

hôtel pour locaux
hôtel pour des les locaux c'est une résidence de 15 étages l hôtel est au 13eme et 14 eme étage le 15eme pièce pour le petit déjeuner le personnel est agréable et gentil mais ne parle que le portugais ou l anglais l ascenseur nous a fait peur plusieurs fois une fois il ne voulais pas monter une autre fois la lumière c'est éteinte en montant puis une autre fois il c'est arrête puis à redémarre en pleine montée(on a eu assez peur plusieurs fois) les lits et le linge très propre en revanche des cheveux par terre dans la chambre et la salle de bain date du moyen age ainsi que la climatisation et les fenêtres....

Bijna geen personeel waren erg vriendelijk maar geen ruimte om te dineren dus het hotel verdient geen 4 sterren.

Simpatia rara da parte da senhora que está na recepção. A única coisa que acho que podia melhorar era o isolamento de som dos quartos. Estando no 14 andar o som do vento quase que impede a pessoa de dormir. Mas apenas isso, de resto impecável. Obrigado

Pikkukaupungin pröystäilemätön ja siisti hotelli
Siisti hotelli kaikkine tarpeellisine palveluineen. Kylpyhuonetilat siistit ja tilavat. Huone toimiva lomalaiselle ilmastointineen ja jääkaappeineen sekä hyvine sänkyineen - pääivittäinen siivous. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja palveluhenkistä. Englanninkielellä tuli hyvin toimeen - tarvittaessa apune elekieli. Hotellirakennuksessa hyvätasoinen ravintola. Sijainti keskeisellä paikalla viehättävää Santo Tirsoa. Lähin ruokakauppa korttelin päässä - samoin pittoreskit katukahvilat. Pieniä kauppoja ja kahviloita runsaati lähitienoilla. Lidl ja Jumbo-tavaratalo parin kilometrin kävelymatkan etäisyydellä. Ehdottomasti suositeltava hotelli hyvine hinta-laatutasoineen.

小さなペンソン、スタッフの大きな心遣い。
朝6時のフライトに合わせ4時にホテルを出発しようとしたところ、ホテルスタッフが朝食（ジュース、パン、バナナ）を手渡ししてくれた。 心遣いに感動！

Uma opinião para a vossa Residência
A estadia foi bastante adequado apesar de ter sido em modo de trabalho. O serviço foi adequado, com higiene, a casa de banho com bastantes condições (sem secador de cabelo). O pequeno almoço foi melhor num dos dias pois teve maior variedade no tipo de pão apresentado.
