Flats are located in a 2 minute pleasant walk from Porto city landmarks such as Clerigos Tower, Lello Bookstore and Virtudes Garden, and in a 5 minute walk from the metro (Aliados) and train station (São Bento). The building has nice views over the Clerigos’ area, Virtudes’ Garden and River Douro. Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Miragaia is a charming and historic neighbourhood in Porto, Portugal, known for its narrow cobbled streets, colourful houses, and scenic views of the Douro River. This area offers a rich blend of history and culture, with landmarks like the Church of São Pedro de Miragaia and the small but picturesque Jardim da Cordoaria. The neighbourhood's riverside location is great for leisurely walks and the city's vibrant atmosphere. Visitors to Miragaia can also explore its local shops, cafes, and traditional restaurants, which offer an authentic taste of Porto's culinary heritage. The neighborhood's proximity to Porto's main attractions, such as the iconic Ribeira district and the Dom Luís I Bridge, makes it a convenient and attractive destination for tourists looking to experience the city's unique blend of old-world charm and modern vibrancy. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, S. Bento, is just a 6-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. It’s walking distance from all major attractions, and several wine bars, while the Douro River quay is an under 20 minute walk away. I stayed during Praxe so the streets were alive most nights, all through the night. I wasn’t bothered by it but it does get very loud. Like most buildings, there is no elevator so keep that in mind while packing. If you utilize the LUGGIT service, however, they do offer to help carry it up. The door to the building can be a little sticky at times, the trick is to turn the key while pulling the door forward, then a quick push. Shout out to the super responsive host who helped me figure that out! ##### Renée B.
