We really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient and centrally located. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant- the food was excellent.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It felt like a home away from home. It was well located away from the main centre but close enough to get there with a short walk. Very convenient to transit and train stations.

Within walking distance of some areas of interest and a relatively new property, this hotel does well to offer a respectable value proposition. There is an issue however there was an issue with an odor coming from the water. This continued for the entire stay. The staff were superb. Room comfort was also superb. The Juliette balcony was a nice touch.

Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel, location, staff, restaurant and food were excellent. It truly felt like a home away from home. My only suggestion would be to offer a complimentary bottle of water daily, not just on the first night. I strongly recommend!

Excellent hotel away from the crowds and only a 10 minute walk into the centre. Beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable rooms with fantastic staff - Reuben was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety including gluten free options.

The hotel was very nice esthetically, when we arrived it was clean and staff was friendly. The room was also clean and very nice, the size was good as well. The problems that we had was a horrible odor in our room, we believe it was coming from the drains. Also, the air conditioning was basically not working and it was 85 degrees or above each day we were there. We told staff about both issues multiple times but nothing was done to rectify. We also mentioned it again when we were checking out and their solution was “we can comp you the next time you visit”. That was very off putting honestly. Likely we will not be back to this hotel when we return to Porto.

It would be nice to have insect screen so we can enjoy more fresh air coz the beautiful garden from our room balcony window encourages many insects into the room. Everything is was perfect at the hotel and the breakfast is a must have!

This was my second stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, with a great breakfast, good wifi, excellent and friendly staff. Also, it's located in a neighborhood that's quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is great! The staff are helpful and nice. The interior is nice as well. They wrote a warm lovely note and gave us egg tarts when we checked in. That’s really sweet. The only downside is the location. It’s around 17 min walk to the busy tourist area, tho bolt and uber are pretty affordable in Porto.

Room was fabulous. Clean modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and plenty to choose from. A coffee machine that made lattes, cappucino, etc. , orange juice, yogurt, breads and pastries, hot selection of eggs bacon and w other dishes. Staff was friendly.

The hotel itself is mostly nice. The modern rooms are nicely decorated and breakfast is very good. The attached pizzeria is great. It's a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian zone. There are 3 main problems however: 1. Room smelled of mold/bathroom smells, I got moved to a different room (after 2 days) which had less offensive odor. The hotel also didn't honor the Expedia upgrade. 2. The AC in both rooms didn't work until someone came with a master key to re-set the breaker box. 3. The smart TV pairing to phone doesn't work properly.

It was a good location and a very well run hotel. It is fairly small but in keeping with its boutique style. The staff and breakfast were all very good. Bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Only down side was the droning noise coming probably from the stairwell fan which started around 6am every morning. Some may not notice it but others would find it disturbing or intrusive. Mentioned it to the reception a couple of times but didn’t receive an answer.
