Situated in the center of Lavra, it benefits from a prime location to the main Northern beaches of the city as well as quick access to the Airport and the largest commercial area of Matosinhos. The apartment is located in one of the quietest streets of Lavra at 200m from Agudela Beach. The building was built under the highest standards by embracing a modern and contemporary decor. This spacious apartment has one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a nice crib and 2 single beds, perfect for couples or groups up to 4 people. The bathroom has a hot tub, ideal for a relaxing time at the end of your day. This apartment has central heating granting so a comfortable stay for everyone during winter cold nights. Furthermore, there is a large living room with a cozy and comfortable environment, with a flat-screen tv, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable meal. Guests can also enjoy full access to the apartment´s terrace, garden and pool, with a spacious area to truly embrace the sunny weather of Portugal. Additionally, the terrace has an outside table where guests can enjoy a peaceful meal or drink. Also, guests have access to free wifi, cable TV and free parking around the building. The apartment is located in one of the quietest streets of Lavra, right in the heart of the village. The neighborhood is also very safe and closely located to Agudela Beach, Corgo Beach and Labruge Beach. In this neighborhood, you will find a relaxed and peaceful environment blended with a modern street view. The apartment is surrounded by a number of different shops and restaurants, both sophisticated and local, for every kind of guests, allowing guests to fully enjoy Porto´s beach culture. Furthermore, it also has the basic services, such as supermarkets and bakeries, at an agreeable walking distance. This apartment encounters itself within a few minutes distance from Corgo Beach and Agudela Beach, which is located alongside the sea, where guests are able to go for a walk on the footbridge or enjoy a bike ride on the bike lane. Many of the main beaches areas of Porto are located at an agreeable driving distance. The beautiful and typical Travessa de Angeiras, where guests can have the best grilled fish, is located 5 minutes driving distance. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the airport. Eine hervorragend eingerichtete Küche, eine Badewanne mit Whirlpoolfunktion und ein sehr bequemes Boxspringbett. Im Wohzimmer stehen eine gemütliche Couch und ein Flachbildfernseher und WLan ist auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Terasse mit direktem Zugang zum Garten mit Pool. Man kann von der Wohnung zu Fuß zum Strand gehen und ein Aldi-Markt und ein Cafe mit Bäckerei sind schnell zu erreichen. Mit dem Linienbus kann man gut und günstig nach Porto fahren. Für andere Ziele empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Übergabe vor Ort sind problemlos verlaufen. Lediglich das Wetter war Ende Oktober/Anfang November nicht mehr schön. Wir hatten viel Nebel und Regen. Für eine Reise in den Norden empfiehlt sich eine andere Jahreszeit. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert! ##### Wilfried K.
