Everything was so smooth and the 1 bedroom apartment was tucked away in a quiet back area. Felt like we were hidden away in a safe environment. The management was on top of everything to make us comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property for cost effective, unique experience.

Located slightly off-center but in walking distance of the metro and major bus lines which will have you in the old town and center within 15 minutes. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Building is accessible with a code only so safety was not an issue.

Very nice apartment close to 'Casa da Musica' metro station and an easy 2 stops in to the main city centre. Dining options nearby with a very good new area 'Bom Successo 'serving lots of different food types which we enjoyed most nights. Good apartment perfect for a couple with a nice garden area. The location and cleanliness are good. And they communicate well. However, they didn’t provide us enough toilet paper. We stayed there with 4 people for 3 nights. We requested them to provide us more toilet paper, but they didn’t give us more.

Great place to stay. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. The lady who gave us the key was very nice and helpful. The only things we suggest: the ladders in the bathrooms are very decorative, but not very useful when hanging wet towels. Use aroma liquid when washing sheets to provide better scent. Sheets were very clean, but smell was not as good.

The room was ok, but it was so noisy during the night. You may find everything you may need for cooking as equipments in the Kitchen. There was a heavy smell coming from the bathroom drain. 2 feedback -the apartment should inform the guests about towel change policy for the long term stays (cost 5 eur perperson) and also there is no lugguage room in case of you want to leave your lugguages. Great location snd we have stayed here before in another apartment. Responsiveness of host was good but had to contact they before the holiday to make thd tourist tax payment as i wasnt sent the request as per the booking instructions. We paid for bedding for the sofa bed and yhis wasnt there on arrival - same thing happened last time too. Also when vleaner came they took that away agsin so needed yo make another request to get it replaced. Also had no wifi in property from wednesday night as shared with other flat on our floor who had unplugged the router, this was not resolve before we left on Saturday. Company are very courteous and respond fairly quickly but just little niggles that needn't have happened. We like the area so would likely stay here again but you just need to keep on top of things and chase things up.

Nice Porto pad

Really nice apartment in a great location. The communication with the staff was very good. I would stay here again. The only down side was it was extremely noisy including weekend mornings because there is construction work nearby.

The apartment had everything you could ask for. We had a garden which had a table and chairs and enjoyed the sun most of the day. It was also very quiet/peaceful. Situated 2 min walk from the metro was perfect for travelling. There are supermarkets, restaurants and shops all within a 1 min walk and a superb food court a few mins away. We would definitely stay again if we are back in Porto.

This property was very clean - which is a bonus. It is overlooking a very busy roundabout - so it will be noisy. On the top of this there is a hospital nearby, so it ambulance noise will also be unavoidable. There is an AC, however, if you set it to be colder than 22 it will start leaking water... This is not a new apartment and it could really do with renovation - especially bathroom. But it's not all bad - standard is low, but it's clean and it is cheap. So really, it all boils down to what are you looking for.

Worst stay of my trip. The first apartment was dirty with damage and graffiti on the wall. After complaining I was moved to an “upgrade,” but it also had a broken shower, loose shower head, and muddy floors. Completely unacceptable for the price paid. Staff was nice, but if you value cleanliness, don’t stay here as it’s obviously neglected

Great location, good apartment and great service. My only concern was the apartment is very cold in winter and the air conditioner was the only heater. All floors are cold. I had a problem with the boiler was off before my arrive but the problem was fixed very quickly.
