The villa is just 50 meters from the sea. A living room overlooking the Bay of Mola, three double / twin bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds, an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a veranda overlooking the sea with a table for 12 people. The building stands on land about 10 meters above the provincial road Porto Azzurro / Portoferraio, in front of the Gulf of Mola. Our guests will have at their disposal FREE OF CHARGE, two Kayaks for 2 + 1 child. You can thus °Reach equipped beaches (with Establishments and Bars) and wild beaches (with access only from the sea) °Practice sports in the gulf overlooking the villa The kayaks will be made available, free of charge, but must be prepared, therefore it will be necessary to request them ONE WEEK BEFORE ARRIVING. The use of kayaks is subject to the payment of a DEPOSIT of € 250 upon arrival. The villa is in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, surrounded by a private garden of Mediterranean scrub; centuries-old pine trees, olive trees, eucalyptus trees, oleanders, prickly pears, rosemary, almond trees and strawberry trees.. In season, the flowering of a lush bougainvillea covers the main facade of the villa. Wood, terracotta floors, period furnishings and lots of light characterize the lived-in interiors of the property. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, including 3 large double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed, suitable for children. Upon request, it is possible to add a bed in one of the double bedrooms at a cost of € Each bedroom is equipped with individual air conditioning. A characteristic wooden window occupies the entire wall of the living room and offers an extraordinary glimpse of the bay of Mola. You can dine on the veranda overlooking the gulf: a solid wood table for twelve people will welcome you. The kitchen is independent, with an induction hob and fully equipped. In the garden you can relax on the deckchairs in the shade of the pine trees, cook on the barbecue or simply enjoy the view of the sea. The fig tree hides an outdoor shower. The beach of Mola, immediately from the villa, can be reached by walking across the provincial road, but it is not suitable for swimming due to posidonia on the seabed; furthermore, a stretch of the beach below hosts a facility equipped for dogs and their owners. Boat owners can safely moor a boat in the bay, right in front of the house, in a guarded Campo Boe. The services and comforts offered by this Residential Area are numerous. Five minutes are enough to reach the most beautiful sandy beaches, some with bar and restaurant service, others quieter, Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, Barabarca, Norsi, Felciaio, or Aquarilli, the only authorized naturist beach on Elba. The road below connects, a few hundred meters away, all the services: Supermarket, local vegetable stalls, petrol station, bank, fish market, bars, pizzeria and restaurants. In Porto Azzurro it is possible to buy fresh fish directly from the fishing boat on the dock. Furthermore, the strategic position guarantees safety in all circumstances. Police station, emergency room, hospital, medical guard, fire brigade and veterinarian. It is important to know that, depending on the season and time, you can hear the cars passing by on the street from the house. Pets are allowed up to a maximum of one, with a cleaning supplement of € 20 per pet per week. The garden is not fenced. The rental price includes water and electricity consumption, the consumption of air conditioning and heating is included up to a maximum of 20 Kw per week. Any excess consumption will be charged at check out, at a cost of € 0.8 / Kw. Bed linen and towels are not included. Upon request we can arrange rental from a local company, at a cost of € 15 per person (sheets plus a set of three towels per guest) Agreements with selected restaurants. Possibility of sailing excursions, diving and freediving, motorized dinghy rental, cultural visits in the footsteps of Napoleon. IMPORTANT: Our guests have a special agreement that allows 20% discounts on ferries. PLEASE NOTE LINEN: bed linen and towels can be provided, upon request, for a fee. It is possible to use your own linen. TIMES: check in is from 4 pm (4 p.m.). check out is at 11 am.. For check-in after 9 pm (9 p.m.) and until 11 pm, a supplement of € 30 is required. The view is lovely. The kayaks are heavy & difficult to use because you have to cross the busy road with them. The beach is used for a dog play area and smells quite bad. Molto bella, pulita, elegante, arredata con grande gusto ci ha fatto vivere la gioia di avere il mare ai nostri piedi, con una vista mozzafiato da una grande vetrata nel salone. Camere spaziose, letti comodissimi, bagni comodi e cucina funzionale e spaziosa. Giardino e patio comodi e arredati con gusto. Se proprio dobbiamo dire una cosa negativa, il fatto di essere a monte della strada provinciale la rende sgradevolmente un po' troppo rumorosa. Altri aspetti negativi proprio non ne abbiamo trovati. La casa, come segnalato dal proprietario, è collocata al di sopra della strada provinciale, fra Porto Azzurro e Capoliveri, entrambe vicine. Nei momenti di maggiore traffico, se ci si trova all’esterno dell’abitazione qualche scampolo di conversazione può andare perduto, ma la vista stupenda, che si gode anche dall’interno della casa, compensa ampiamente, ai miei occhi, il modesto disagio. Inoltre, chiusa la porta, i rumori restano fuori. Gli spazi interni sono molto ben distribuiti e arredati con gusto. In cucina non manca niente. I materassi delle camere matrimoniali sono doppi singoli. Si mangia volentieri sia nell’ampio soggiorno interno, sia all’esterno, in entrambi i casi con la vista del mare. Una stufa a legna dall’ottimo tiraggio ci ha permesso di riscaldare bene il soggiorno, nelle sere più fresche. Nelle camere da letto, invece, ci si può riscaldare con i condizionatori d’aria. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit super Aussicht! Eigentlich ist das Haus wunderschön, sehr ordentlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Menschen, die das Haus betreuen sind sehr nett. Das Haus bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Bucht und der nahegelegen Ort Porto Azurro ist sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind dort gut. Der einzige Nachteil an dem Haus ist die viel befahrene Straße unterhalb des Hauses, die man zwar nicht sieht aber leider Tag und Nacht hört! Im Juli/ August gab es auch wenige Zeiten wo der Verkehr nachließ. Wir haben sehr schlecht geschlafen. Außerdem kann man in der Bucht vor dem Haus schlecht baden, der Boden ist steinig, das Wasser flach und bei uns gab es Quallen im Wasser. Ein sehr schöner Strand ist aber nur 6 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Insgesamt ein schöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen, wenn einen die Straße und der Lärm nicht stört. ##### Jessica M. Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2017 This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### enrico t. 12 Jan 2016 #### NON C' E' IL DUE SENZA IL TRE E' la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questa casa: la prima a Luglio dello scorso anno, mentre quest'anno, io e mio marito ( e la nostra cagnolina "Sissi") abbiamo deciso di regalarci una settimana sull'Isola, fuori stagione (complice anche il prezzo vantaggioso). Tutto quello che vedete nelle foto e nella descrizione è fedele alla realtà, e poi c'è il mare li, davanti alla vetrata. La villa è accattivante, in una posizione ottimale per le spiagge (in casa c'è un libro che indica tutte le spiagge dell'Isola!) che per tutte le comodità della zona. Porto Azzurro è a 1 km. Questa volta, visto il periodo, avevamo qualche timore di sentire il freddo ma una stufa a legna, come quelle di una volta , ci ha riscaldati a meraviglia. In camera, una stufetta ha fatto il resto. La casa , è perfetta per 6 persone nelle tre camere matrimoniali e ottimamente accessoriata. Anche la cameretta con letti a castello potrebbe risultare un pochino "stretta" per due adulti, ma perfetta per i bambini. In giardino affacciandosi alla ringhiera verso il mare, sotto si vede la strada che porta in pochi minuti a Porto Azzurro, e subito oltre la baia del golfo (la vista è bellissima). Quest'ultima è molto tranquilla, in estate c'è un piccolo stabilimento balneare dedicato ai cani (e ai loro padroni). Perfetto per chi vuole portare il cane a fare il bagno. L' estate scorsa abbiamo finalmente potuto giocare con la nostra Sissi senza preoccuparci in continuazione che non disturbasse nessuno. :) È' possibile che nelle stagioni turistiche le auto si sentano passare, ma la casa è arretrata di qualche metro e il panorama che abbiamo davanti è tale..... In conclusione, la casa e l'Isola ci sono piaciute tantissimo (anche fuori stagione), credo che quest'anno torneremo. Non c'è due senza tre..... ##### enrico t. The house is very clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. There is also a big garden where you can make BBQ. During the daytime there is a bit traffic, but we did not feel disturbed. The house is close to a small harbour where we had sometimes a small walk. It’s not far from Porto Azzurro (5 minutes by car) where you have many choices of restaurants and bars. Also the one close to the house at the sea is very nice: beautiful sea view, delicious local food and very friendly staff. We got 10% discount when we mentioned the villa. The hosts Clelia and Fabio are very kind and helpful, they gave us a lot of information. We would like to thank them again for the warm hospitality and hope to see them soon again. ##### Wei M. La villa è molto carina, dotata di tutto ciò che è necessario per un piacevole soggiorno, pulita, accogliente e ben arredata. E’ inoltre dotata di giardino e terrazzo vista mare, attrezzati con sdraio, tavolo e barbeque. Un rigraziamento va al proprietario che si è dimostrato molto gentile e a Fabio che ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo. ##### Annalisa A. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le propriétaire avec bouquet de fleurs et boissons.Le propriétaire nous a indiqué restaurants et commerces à proximité avec remise en venant de sa part. La maison est magnifique avec 2 terrasses surplombant la baie (50 m.). Une ancienne maison de qualité meublé ave goût et raffinement...
