Located next to Praia de Belas Shopping and the new Guaíba waterfront, the apartment is very close to the Fernando Ferrari Administrative Centre, the Porto Alegre Central Forum, the Court of Justice of Rio Grande do Sul, the Public Prosecutor's Office of Rio Grande do Sul, Harmonia Park, and Beira Rio Stadium. Situated on the corner of Borges de Medeiros, Ipiranga, and Praia de Belas avenues, it offers quick access to the city's main areas and is next to the bohemian Cidade Baixa area and close to Redenção Park. Logistics are very easy for those arriving in or leaving Porto Alegre, whether by car, bus station, or airport. The location is amazing and the area is very safe, being just one block from the largest Military Police battalion in Porto Alegre.
