The hotel was verynice top to botom and they were having contuction going on but we didnt here it and they letus know prior to coming with a messege fro. The hotel. It was very pesceful and relaxing

A good choice for a stay in central Porto Alegre!
We got off to a rocky start when our hotels.com reservation could not be found in the Radisson system! It took about 1/2 an hour to get it organized, but the staff were very friendly and apologetic throughout the process. The bonus was when we finally got to our room we had been upgraded to a King bed without prior notice. The room was quiet, very basic, but clean. The bathroom was bright with a good shower. All-in-all considering the convenient location, this Radisson was a good choice for us, reasonably priced, with very courteous, friendly staff. We would stay there again.

Rooms are in poor condition for the price. Laghetto is cheaper and much nicer. Ibis is much cheaper and of the same quality. Sheets had holes and the bathroom was horrible.

Great stopover hotel
Stopover on the way to Gramado from the US, but it was perfect. The front desk staff helped for Porto Alegre info and went out of their way to orient us for the rest of the trip. If you need anything, ask for Bruno!

This was my third stay at the Melia Jardim Europa. The location is very handy for meetings and restaurants and the hotel is fine but not exceptional. The AC in my room this time was not particularly effective but otherwise a decent stay.

My First but not Last Stay.
This was my first stay at this hotel in Porto Alegre but I have stayed at Radisson's in other parts of the world. Everything was above average except for the beds in my room. I had two single beds that had large lamps attached to the headboards right beside the pillows. The beds were comfortable except for knocking my head against the lamp throughout the night. The neighbourhood was fine too and not too far from the airport, restaurants, etc., via taxi.

Simple And Comfortable
Good quality hotel. The only problem is that there is some construction is going on the top floors (or somewhere else) and the noise is omnipresent... The staff refuse to acknowledge that. But the noise is there and is pretty annoying. Otherwise everything is clean and working, though it is not luxurious place by any means. If you are looking for one - look somewhere else.

Good hotel
Great hotel, but it is a bit far from the downtown. Not much within walking distance, but a quick taxi ride from the popular Moinhos district. Hotel staff was very friendly and courteous, checked me in early and got me a room on a higher floor. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Great location, getting remodeled, bad food
The breakfast was horrible, the staff seemed to be very unhappy complaining about the management. One of the employees actually came up to us to apologize for the way the lady from the front desk had treated us. He also explained that the management staff would be changing sometime soon and that the food they serve was second hand, bad quality and I could definitely tell when eating the breakfast. The hotel is still under construction, everything seems to be remodeled which is good. Awesome neighborhood. No gym, no pool. For Porto Alegre it is still a decent place to stay.

It is a good hotel. At the moment we stayed there. It was under modification, it was a little bit annoying but there was nothing they can do about it. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is really healthy. Porto Alegre is a beautful city.
