The staff is unbelievable nice. If you need to leave early, before breakfast starts, don’t worry. They will have fresh coffee and warm pão de queijo beginning 3am. Nice room, comfortable bed, great shower.

It was perfect for a layover in Porto Alegre. Very close to airport/car rental company. Breakfast was great and staff super friendly and attentive. Room booked was perfect ,bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely book again. Great value for money

It’s a good hotel, I missed restaurants close by. Nothing walking distance, but overall nice hotel.

Close to Airport
I have stayed here many times before but not in the past year. Hotel ok but reception personell late night not so good. They ran my credit card so many times through their machine (Capital 1 with Chip) and they did not know how to process it, that my card was Blocked by Capital One because they suspected fraud. This has become a problem in Brazil trying to use Capital One Cards.

Great base for flights in & out of Porto Alegre
Very well located for airport. Hotel can get you a taxi within 5 mins (no need to pre-book taxis). Fare approx UK£3 maximum / Brazilian currency RS 12. Used as base in & out of Porto Alegre 3 times with a friend who has also since used "such a great find!!". Rooms are really clean and air con not too fierce so can get a good sleep Breakfast really nice Pool is small but has never been over crowded on any of visits - pool service is great

Muito bom custo benefício
O hotel foi reformado e, embora tenham adotado o conceito de decoração minimalista, mais fria e com menos sensação de conforto, ainda é muito bom. Sugiro que o pessoal da limpeza limpe as paredes: no banho do nosso quarto tem sangue na parede, respingado…muito ruim chegar e ver isso no banheiro. Portas e paredes tbm devem ser limpas. Café da manhã é muito bom e a equipe toda, da recepção ao manobrista ( mesmo terceirizado) é muito acolhedora e cordial.
