Disliked: Communication
Caro anfitrião, minha estadia encerra amanhã às 11. Estou programado para meu próximo destino, mas gostaria de relatar alguns pontos que precisam ser corrigidos: A. O apartamento de frente apresenta um cheiro muito forte e sobre esse cheiro poderia ser comentado com o síndico. B. Por diversas vezes nesta semana que passei aqui presenciei moscas, insetos voadores e baratas. Baratas de tamanhos diversos. C. O vaso sanitário está entupido. É muito desagradável ter que dar muitas descargas e gastar tanta água... D. O chuveiro elétrico talvez esteja com problemas no circuito ou com o cabeamento mal instalado, pois basta liga-lo é todo o ambiente passa a ter odor de fiacao queimando... E. A persiana caiu "sozinha" por ao menos 3 vezes. Reinstalei ela. Mas dá pra perceber que a estrutura está frouxa. F. O colchão da cama é extremamente duro. Valeria terem um pillow top. Outros pontos - nos quais talvez eu esteja enganado: A. A TV não é SMART. B. O ar condicionado aparentemente só ventila. Não resfria o quarto. C. Não consegui usar o Cooktop. No mais, a localização do prédio é boa e ele é razoavelmente silencioso. O quarto é bem decorado. Os porteiros são simpáticos.
