A localização é ótima, um bairro bem tranquilo e bem próximo ao Hospital de Clinicas e ao Parque da Redenção. acesso fácil de ônibus para todos os lugares. Portaria 24 horas - porteiros muito gentis e prestativos. Acomoda com muito conforto uma família. Cozinha completa, roupas de cama e banho novas. Localização ótima, próximo ao parque da redenção, restaurantes, farmácias, supermercados, hospitais e igrejas. Desde el inicio Marcelo fue muy amable y tuvo la gentileza de ayudarme en todo momento. El departamento es tal cual las fotos, todo muy ordenado y limpio; con todo lo necesario para hacer la estadia mucho mejor y sentirse en casa. El barrio es lindo y se puede ir caminando a muchos lugares. Se tiene cerca dos shoppings y en uno de ellos hay una casa de cambio. No pude pedir mas !!! 100% recomendable y volveria otra vez !! As informações do site e as fotos são fidedignas. O relacionamento com o proprietário foi muito tranquilo. Sempre que precisemos de algum suporte, fomos prontamente atendidos. O condomínio é bem agradável e conta com uma ampla variedade de comércio e serviços ao redor. Conseguíamos fazer várias coisas em nossa rotina próximo ao apartamento sem depender de carro. Se necessário, locaríamos novamente. Para quem optar por esse imóvel, recomendamos os restaurantes Fontana e Prato Verde, que ficam quase ao lado do prédio. O Marcelo nos recebeu e atenciosamente nos mostrou todos os detalhes do apartamento, além de explicar como funciona a garagem e todas as informações do prédio. O apartamento é super confortável. Éramos em 6 adultos e uma bebê, e todos fomos muito bem acomodados no apartamento, sendo que o Marcelo ainda teve o cuidado de levar um berço para a bebê poder dormir mais confortável. Enfrentamos uma frente fria na cidade e a existência dos condicionadores de ar em todos os cômodos com cama nos deixou mais confortáveis, afinal somos acostumados com o calor do centro oeste do Brasil. A localização também é ótima, com restaurantes perto e muito próximo dos bares da Cidade Baixa, atendendo a todos os gostos. O Wi Fi também foi um diferencial. A localização é excelente bem próxima da avenida principal. O Srº Marcelo é muito solícito, atencioso, sempre disposto a ajudar, faz a gente se sentir em casa. O apartamento é bem confortável, equipado, arejado, limpo, móveis em excelente estado, cama e sofá muito confortáveis, wifi funciona perfeitamente. Só tenho a agradecer.
