This studio located on a quiet dead-end street in the highly desirable alphabet district has a cozy living space with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, private bathroom, and a cozy living room area with queen size bed and sleeper sofa. Free, convenient street parking available! Located in Nob Hill, Alphabet District, Walk score 97 This quaint studio has an open floor plan featuring a kitchen that is fully stocked with a stainless range for cooking, granite counters, and newer appliances including microwave and dishwasher. The cozy living room space includes a queen bed with white linen, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with Roku, fireplace, and air conditioning for warmer days. There's a relaxing dining area with a table and chairs plus a separate dining nook with stools. The unit provides a private fully furnished bathroom with shower plus a washer and dryer for convenience! This studio has its own private entrance with keyless entry located to the side of the Victorian house down a short, well lit path. You'll be greeted with a a small outdoor patio with table and chairs situated just outside your door. This unit is located in a prime, highly desirable location close to it all! I would recommend for a couple. Is small for four people. The location was absolutely perfect. It was walkable to a beautiful park for hiking and a vibrant neighborhood with shops, eateries, and bars. Becky, the manager, was helpful and responsive.
