“This is the best basement apartment I have seen, wow!"   
This historic unique one of a kind 1600sqft boutique basement apartment in the heart of Portland is as stylish as it is cozy with exposed bricks and radiant heated floors throughout the unit. The open concept layout was beautifully conceived to ensure an airy and cozy experience along with all the luxury one would expect from a world class hotel.  
  
The space  
Less than six minutes drive away from the airport and less than 8 minutes walk to everything downtown, this remodeled Victorian mansion offers all the right mix of aristocratic experience, commodious living, modernity and convenient logistics. KITCHEN & DINING Modern in style, the kitchen is fully-equipped and includes: a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and an oven. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a wooden dining table that can seat up to 4 guests. Parking onsite free wifi heated floors Amazing restaurants: Roma cafe (next door), Quiero Cafe (351 ft), Boda (0.2miles), LFK (0.2 miles) etc all within a minute walk Walk to the squares: Monument square (0.7miles), One Long Fellow Square (0.3 miles), Market Square Jewelers (1.0 mile), Western Promenade (0.5 miles), Tommy's Park (1 mile)
