Great location! We parked and walked everywhere the whole weekend, which was nice. We really enjoyed our room, and loved that Hey Love was just downstairs. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend to others.

From check in to check out we knew we had chosen a special property. This isn't like all other hotels, its a special experience. the lobby bar is amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and quiet. the beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be choosing Jupter NEXT for any future portland visits!

When doors to other rooms slam shut, it is very audible from your own. Disruptive at night, especially when trying to sleep.

Hip, Fun Stay in Excellent Location
Great hotel. Staff was amazing and very accommodating, room was clean, newer and modern. Very fun, hip vibe. Restaurant downstairs was great and the lounge offered coffee and tea all day, with nice seating areas. Good location to easily access all the best spots in Portland. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside was that the mattress wasn’t as firm as I would’ve liked, but that’s pretty minor when everything else was absolute perfection.

We do indeed have quiet hours starting at 11:00 PM, if there are any noise issues they would need to be reported to the front desk when they are occurring in order for us to investigate and work to solve the issue. Unfortunately, if we are not notified, it is hard for us to know something is amiss. We hope this issue will not deter you in recommending our property in the future, as we pride ourselves on solving uncomfortable situations like this as they arise. We loved the view from our room! The staff were helpful and kind. There was no coffee available in the room. My understanding is that coffee machines are a nuisance as they break and need to be replaced. So as this inconvenience to the hotel is passed to the customer I suggest that you bring a thermos for the complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are so cute and modern, very clean. The Restaurant Hey Love is the absolute best- would go here even if I wasn’t staying at the hotel for the fun vibe, excellent food and delicious drinks. A great stay all around!

It was fine. The room itself was comfortable. If you're there on a weekend expect the floor to shake with noise. The staff was just terrible. I've never felt less service in any hotel I've ever been to. It was like I was annoying for just being a customer. But great location and the bed was very soft.

Would stay here again.
Perfect location for our visit to see Stryper at the Bossanova Ballroom. Located near lots of clubs and restaurants. Very clean room. Good view. Nice staff! Right after check in, which they allowed early, maintenance stopped by to put batteries in our thermostat because he had noticed the low battery light earlier. He said he had hoped to get it done before we arrived, but we checked in a little before 3. Great staff, comfortable beds, nice location.

We loved our stay at Jupiter Next. Such a cool vibe in the lobby and the room was amazing. Had a drink at Hey Love and enjoyed the coffee in the lobby every morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hey Ted,It sounds like the experience you had with Jupiter this time did not live up to our normal fare. If you could please offer us more specifics on the issues you had with the staff that would allow us to make constructive responses with the team. While unfortunately there was an issue with one of the elevator buttons, I would not classify them as broken. The 6th floor was still fully accessible via elevator and stairs. I am sorry it seems to have impacted your stay in such a negative way. The parking, as always on the weekends, tends to be tight with so many things happening around the area and in the hotel. Our parking is a first come/first served system and we do spell that out in our online information. I hope that if you stay with us again we will be able to accommodate you more fully.
