"The room, lobby, and breakfast area were all very clean and quiet. The location is very convenient to access the downtown area, if you have a vehicle. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure!"

"My wife found the hotel charming. It felt like an old style hotel. No elevator (I was aware of this beforehand.) Our room had a private bathroom (down the hall, which I also knew was possible.) the maids didn't clean our room or bathroom until we complained. The rest of the staff was quite helpful. Buses run downtown on Congress St. (although we usually took an Uber.) Breakfast was buffet Euro. This review is the average on mine and my wife's."

"Location is about ten minute walk to the main areas of Commercial Street. Plenty of parking in the garage under the hotel. Room looked to be recently renovated and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was an enjoyable two night stay!"

"Wonderful view in room 602. You can watch the cruise ships come by and ferry taxi boats from the islands nearby. Also it’s close to all the restaurants and shops."
