This home is a short stroll to the Eastern Promenade and the East End Beach, the Casco Bay Islands Ferry Terminal, and the historic Old Port. The apartment features a spacious open kitchen, dining, and living room floor plan adjoined by a large private deck. It's the perfect spot to gather, relax, and dine while enjoying the breathtaking views of Casco Bay! The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are individually climate-controlled with heat and A/C. The two full baths have heated floors (perfect for those chilly New England mornings!). The living room sofa folds out into a comfortable king-sized sleeper. For those working remotely, there are two dedicated desks located at the opposite ends of the apartment. The Wifi at the house is fiber optic, with real-time speeds of 150 Mbps. We have off-street private guest parking for 2 cars (sequentially) equipped with an EV charging station. If you are visiting with more than 2 cars there is on-street parking available, usually right in front of the house, or a couple of doors down. \*Be mindful of the clearly marked street cleaning signs, and park on the opposite side of the street that day so you don't get a ticket. For your little ones, we have a Pack n Play, as well as a highchair available. If you need either, just let us know and we will set them up for you! The view from the living room and deck is spectacular and the place feels clean and new and beautifully, thoughtfully decorated. The beds are super comfortable and I love the heated floors in the two bathrooms. The neighborhood gets better and better with wonderful restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops within easy walking distance. We loved this apartment with its spectacular view from the deck so much we didn’t want to leave. Its location is perfect for anyone who wants to walk to restaurants and shops but also offers a generous parking space which has easy in and out. The apartment itself felt very high end and comfortable in every room. Jennifer was a great communicator and answered questions quickly. We never had any issues!
