There are a couple of smaller parks within a 5 minute walk. It’s located in the heart of Downtown Portland and surrounded by charming shops, lush green spaces, wide sidewalks, and shady picnic areas. The condo includes one free parking pass at the parking garage located a short walk away. Guests will have access to all rooms and amenities. You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home. The condo includes one free parking pass at the Gateway Garage located directly behind the building. You'll need to retrieve the access card from the condo first. $50 fee if the parking pass is not returned upon guest checkout. Amazon packages or others can be delivered to the lobby for your convenience. The location is fantastic! It’s in downtown and so many places to go within very short walking distance. We did not rent a car because there was no need. We even did a wine tasting sail boat tour (highly recommend but reserve in advance because it sells out quickly) and we walked to the ocean but took an Uber back. Less than 10\. The condo itself was very nice. Super comfy beds and very clean. A lot of stairs to walk but manageable. We had an issue when we got home on our first night the door in the king bedroom was wide open. It led to an outside hallway so that was very unnerving but we realized you have to really pull on the door to lock it, so that should definitely be fixed or a sign posted or something.
