Central duplex with 3 bed/2bth near Hough Park

  • Newly renovated home in the heart of Vancouver Downtown. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is able to accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, fast internet 800mbps+. Easy access to public transportation and to freeways. Within walking distance, you'll have access to coffee shops, restaurants and more.
    We have smart tvs in the living room and a master bedroom. Central heating, portable ACs, full size appliances with a washer and dryer free to use. Fully fenced backyard.

    It offers a covered carport and street parking in front of the house (no garage or any other storage space outside).

    Note: it's a duplex and this unit is a downstairs unit. Upstairs unit is rented out separately. Entrance to upstairs is through the backyard with separate stairs to that unit.
