The Perfect Beach Escape: Cozy 4-Bedroom Retreat

  • Walk on the beach to nearby Old Orchard Beach Pier, Palace Playland and mini putt at Pirate’s Cove.

Loved everything about our stay here, the porch overlooking the beach was wonderful, the beds were very comfortable, and having the beach just steps away all week was amazing, would absolutely stay here again.

W house is excellent and had enough ew were we rroom for all 6 of us to seespread out eand relax. The crow’ s nest was a great place to have coffee wn the AM and watch the beach. Communication was easy. It’s an older home with some of the things that were go along with that, but very well maintained. Would definitely recommend, and you couldn't be closer to the beach!

Great stay!

The location of the house is perfect. It was clean, cosy and welcoming. Everything you need for the beach is avaialble in the house. I was there end of april and I could take long walks on the beach which was not crowdy :). will return!

Very happy with our stay. The amount of space throughout the house was much larger than expected and fit our family of 10 very comfortably. Location is everything at the beach and this location is unbeatable, just steps of the sand. Owner was very responsive when I had questions. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Great beach stay

We had a wonderful time staying in old orchard! The house was clean and right on the water with great views and excellent sunrises. Close enough to Portland and surrounding towns, but there was still plenty to do in walking distance too. Highly recommend!

Great spot right on Beach

We really enjoyed our stay here and had some family in from Colorado who loved seeing the ocean and beach every day. House was well appointed comfortable. Need to find a reason soon to revisit!!

Situated directly in front of the ocean, we really enjoy our stay at this comfortable beach house with our party of 6 adults et 5 kids between 8 y-o and 6 months.

Great beach location!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the ocean view cottage. The view of the ocean and proximity to the beach are unbeatable. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely love to visit again, and highly recommend this spot to anyone considering a beach spot in OOB!

Summer Vacation

The location of the stay was perfect. Easy access to the beach and pier. Family of six (ages 17). Plenty of room for everyone. The basement did have some water flooding issues, but we would definitely return if the issues were corrected.

We were back for our annual stay at this home. You can’t beat the location and number of people it can sleep comfortably. Some updates to the outdoor space were noticed. Looks great!!

Great Location!

The location is amazing. House was very clean. Everything we needed. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of room and a great view looking out the bottom deck. The top deck is so fun and you can see for miles. Great parking too

A perfect getaway

The property is well maintained and at a perfect location. Everything was so easy to find and use and even though there was a little bit of a mishap upon our first arrival, our host was quick to respond and very gracious with our questions and confusion. Would very much recommend

Perfect getaway

Wonderful experience. Four of us from out of state got a beautiful introduction to Maine. We woke up to beautiful sunrises on the deck, stayed comfortably with all necessary amenities in a very clean home, and had everything we needed for our week's stay.

Yearly family vacation

We have stayed here 2 years as a family vacation. The location is amazing right on the beach. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Garage is great to put your sandy beach supplies. A large deck to watch the fireworks or just have a drink together. The house has everything you need!
