The main floor features a well-equipped kitchen + open-concept living/dining area. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin) and full bath. Discover the best of Portland, then return to the comfort of A Peaceful Oasis. (Note: The garden level below is a separate studio rental) This is a recently renovated space! 3 bedrooms, furnished to maximize comfort, light, and a sense of peace. In addition to the communal garden (shared with 2 other rental units), there is also a back garden unique to this space, with a small pond and perennials. Looking for more space? This property can also be rented as a full 4-bedroom, 2-bath cottage, offering exclusive use of all three floors. We are in the heart of the Munjoy Hill neighborhood, yet sitting in the garden you will think you\`re well off the beaten path. The location provides easy access (within a 5 minute walk) to the breathtaking beauty of Casco Bay and the islands, as well as trendy restaurants, breweries, and cafes. The best of Portland is within walking distance - Munjoy Hill (also known as the East End), the idyllic Eastern Prom (an expansive park with playground, public tennis courts, walking trails, beach, and kayak rentals) - and a pedestrian waterfront trail leading directly into the Old Port, and further to the Arts District with cultural venues, museums, and lots of local shops. All along the way are Portland\`s many restaurants that have given the city a reputation as a premiere \`foodie town\`. Just down the street is the trendy Washington Ave neighborhood with restaurants, bakeries, and breweries. This is a great central location. We offer off-street parking for one car, plus neighborhood street parking is available (no residents passes or time restsrictions). Please note that our Peaceful Oasis is intended for relaxation and is not suitable for parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment.
