"Hotel was clean, but is showing signs of age; needs updating. Staff was very nice and helpful. Shuttle service was great. The lock on our room was broken. Staff couldn’t get us into the room for hours, then someone had to stay inside, no keys worked. Overall, I will stay again."

"7 sleepless nights caused by heavy footsteps from unit directly above 108. The floors were filthy. Our feet are black. The room was never cleaned and we had to ask for towels and toiletries etc. Disappointed."
