  • A 65m² one-bedroom duplex apartment sleeping up to 4 people, featuring a double bed upstairs and tastefully furnished in a modern style, a living room with a large sofa bed, a garage, and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, located 200m from the stunning Praia da Rocha beach.
    The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
    A 5-minute walk from bars and restaurants. An ideal spot for a short beach holiday or a long winter getaway. This complex features a private swimming pool for residents of the building only and an underground parking space. A key box is available for easy access at your convenience.
