Property consists of: bedroom with 1 double bed, living room with kitchenette, 1 double sofa bed (2 people), air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (cold and hot), bathroom with shower tray, Cable TV and WI-FI and balcony with sea view, to enjoy your holidays. Ideal for those who want to be close to the beach, but in a quiet area. Random parking space subject to availability at the time. Near supermarket, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, etc. NOTE: Only 4 people are permitted (including adults, children, and babies). \- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of a conscious usage (£80/month). Any consumption that exceeds this considered normal usage will have to be paid by the guest to the agency. \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. \- Please note that there is a municipal tax - Tourist Tax: Between the dates of 1 November and 31 March – EUR 1 per person, per night, not included in the total value and which must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests from 13 years of age. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
