I liked that it was closer to the ocean. I did not like that the posting was not clear that any non-balcony rooms were on the mezzanine floor. It would have been good to know that ahead so we could decide accordingly as we were right next to the parked cars. Also, we initially got on the opposite end of the floor and it stunk like garbage. We were not told at the front desk that we needed to click the button to turn on the lights so we were initially walking in the dark. Also, our room floor was not swept and there were remnants of the previous occupants food under the table. The bed and washroom were clean and that was good. The living room couch did not feel clean so we were a bit uncomfortable sitting on it.

Please don’t get fooled, this is not a 4 stars apart/hotel, far from that in fact, at best a 3 stars, and yes, I’ve visited different hotels and apart/hotels across the world. - 1) Location is about 15min away from the beach, if you have young kids, it’s a good walk… To me, it’s not near the beach as some users describe! -2) Very poor services offering near the hotel no coffee shops , no restaurants, maybe 1 or 2 around the hotel, I precise, the restaurant bar at the hotel, located in the main level, it’s a kind of catering managed restaurant/bar, empty almost all the time, at least during the time I’ve stayed. -3) Parking : there’s about 3 dozens of spots in the exterior parking in front of the apartment/hotel almost always full so you need to go to the interior parking which is an HORROR - so tight, spots are smaller than medium sizing car, indications badly shown, at night, some areas of the underground parking with no lights, poor lighting or absent at all. -4) The room/conditions : bed/mattress/pillows HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Basically, it’s AN HORROR. My bed was supposed to be a double bed, for a couple, it was two single beds joined together… mattress was more than used, same for the pillow. The bathroom was full of mold in the joints, basic. For the living area, it was more than due for a HUGE complete renovation. At main desk, worker said since 2010 nothing was done on the building… we are in 2026. Is this a 4 stars apart/hotel?! You tell me…

We had a wonderful time here. We came for Afronation and it was close to the venue, less than 10 minutes away. This space itself was comfortable, nice balcony and very cozy apartment. The restaurant on site is delicious with a pool bar, lounge bar and sit down restaurant. The staff was so gracious as well. We'll definitely book this space again!

Wir waren mit 2 Personen zwei Nächte vor Ort. Die Ausstattung im Appartment war umfangreich. Die Betten waren o.k. Wir hatten 2 (!) grosse Schiebetüren zu einem grossen Balkon mit Blick auf mehrere Sportplätze. Das Bad war gross und hatte sogar ein Bidet. Wenn man mit der Lupe sucht, fehlte ein Spender mit Flüssig seife für die Hände. Das Frühstück war umfangreich un frisch.

It's a massive apartment block but very well-appointed, spacious, and quite conveniently located. Our apartment was huge for the money and very well-equipped. Walkable to the beach part of town but a bit of a stretch to the old town centre by the river. We drove and walked in from the sports stadium area for a meal. Lots of choice for eating.

This hotel/apartment comes with a kitchenette, however the room had no toaster or kettle. Had to ask for them, in addition the frying pan is non stick and even when you use a spray the eggs stick to the bottom and I need to buy a steel wool pad the clean the pan, took me at least 10 minutes to get it clean. Do yourself a favour, DONT USE THIS PAN! If you plan on making eggs over easy or sunny side up better bring your own flipper, won’t find one in the utensil drawer. The other bad experience was the 15 Euro buffet breakfast, the food that you normally eat at least somewhat warm including eggs and bacon, don’t look for it at this buffet, the scrabbled eggs were in an open platter with no warming element to keep them warm, If you are OK with fruit, bread, cereal and pastries your good to go there. Not worth 15 Euro for sure, go to McDonalds down the street much better bang for your buck!

Semana em família agradável

Apartamento com áreas agradáveis. Quarto com bastante espaço e camas duplas confortáveis. Arrumação e limpeza diária, embora muito parca, wc com cheiro á chegada a resolução foi comprar desinfetante e limpar. Camas dos sofás com colchão de espuma, desconfortável para adultos com mais de 170cm. Televisão demasiado pequena e com muitas interferência. Um dos elevadores esteve em manutenção uma semana. Zona da piscina exterior limpa mas com poucas sombras e faltam espreguiçadeiras para a lotação dos apartamentos. Piscina interior 5*. Estadia agradável em família
