This was the absolute worst vacation I ever had. I had two rooms. We were traveling as a larger group, because we were attending a wedding. With zero notice the water was turned off, and we were not able to shower. I had to rent a room at a different hotel for 3 days, to take a shower and be ready for the rehearsal dinner and wedding itself. Since the water was turned off, I had to track someone down to ask how was my family supposed to use the bathroom. They brought us two buckets of water to attempt to flush the toilets on our own. They were not apologetic, and didn’t care. Both phones in each room were broken. A worker told me they were all turned off because there were too many complaints. We had to pay daily resort fees for each room. They were supposed to include an in room safe (ours was broken) they did not have one to replace it with. The fitness center was closed, but said I still needed to pay for it. Beach towels were not included in my rooms and they did not believe me. ESJ fraudulently charged my card four times after I had checked out. Several calls and emails and not one response. They were also supposed to supply bottled water and coffee daily. We did not receive this either. When I went down to speak to management, I was told to try back another day. They then told me there are no refunds and there is nothing they can do for me. The balcony is unsafe and the room is dirty. No one responded to any of the situations.

Great hotel in the heart of it all. Very pleasant office staff who were very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were plenty big and gave the kids and I everything we needed. Thanks for making our trip memorable.

I did love staying here, cons and pros below if you are interested! Cons: -The only major negative I have is not having large mats/room carpets down or providing a few washable ones as an option (which I understand it’s an ease for cleaning) but the inside tracked in so much sand and dirt and was EXTREMELY slippery when wet, especially the outside bathroom area, outside of the single small bathroom towel mat! Be very careful in the bathroom as the water from the shower will get everywhere inside due to no curtain and puddles will form and it is VERY slippery. -FYI the bathroom has a shared open ceiling with the next door unit’s bathroom. You cannot see them, but you can hear EVERYTHING; conversations, showers, using the toilet, etc.. Pros: Easy check in process. Street parking usually always available within a block (usually spaces in front available), bus stop one block away, 3 blocks from the beach, next to a friendly active park, dining options nearby, the beach is never overly crowded at all times, the TV allows you to login to your streaming services with setting an auto-log-out date, looks exactly like the photos, and the AC works great along with them having thick privacy curtains. Note: This acts as a stand alone rental - there is no staff on site and no housekeeping. Despite multiple listings sharing the same property, this specific unit has an outside property entrance.

First let me tell you the staff there was phenomenal, hands down fantastic. The view was amazing, the air in the rooms was cool and always on. Lovely place. Now - All that said I want you to read some realities here. It's a beach house, not a boutique hotel. They have a cute little restaurant but its operating hours are 9am (for food) to 6pm. There's no vending machine so you need to either door dash supplies or pick them up (water, snacks, etc) There are beach amenities but no "hotel" style ones. That in NO WAY detracts from how wonderful this place is. I just want you to know. I stayed for 4 days / 3 nights and enjoyed every single moment. It was relaxing and refreshing. But dont go in expecting hotel style amenities or luxury. This is a different type of relaxation. I would not recommend this for families. But if you're going just to relax on the beach, well this is the place. I loved just people watching and Sunday morning there was a cute Soccer (Football) class for kids on the beach which was adorable. Go enjoy and meet a great group of lovely people. Just level set what you're getting.

Shower had a leak and would flood the entire restroom floor everyday. Fell twice and overall never felt clean because of the constant water pooling and just felt dingy
