THE POOL CLOSES AT 6P ....... I did an all day excursion. I got back to the hotel around 530..... I ate something quick and I wanted to get in the pool after. I go to the pool, take off my garments . there was a employee telling me the pool was closed. it was 640pm....... what the ____???? for the price I paid the pool shoukd be 24/7 .... REALISTICALLY. any high priced hotel: the pool shoukd be open during ALL DAYLIGHT HOURS..... 5am - 9pm

NOT 420 Friendly!! The pool temperature was disgustingly hot! I understand it’s July, but the pool water was as hot as the hot tub. The lagoon water had jellyfish. I’m familiar with other resorts and travel months and they have been cooler and refreshing! When you arrive you’re forced to make dinner reservations for your entire trip if you want to go to one of the restaurants. Because of this limitation we gave 4 stars in the hotel lobby kiosk. AND SOME OF THEM THEY HAVE KIDS AT THEM! The very next morning- they woke us up with a call asking how to get that 5th star?? The entertainment was so so. They did a disco night and none of the entertainment team knew how to dance it; however, they had the Dance Fever motion down. Spanish is the language. Very few people speak English.
