The property seemed to me in good condition and very close to the subway, restaurants, and markets in case you need to buy something. All the electrical equipment works without any problem. I can't say anything about the staff's attention because there was no one to greet us.

This is the second time staying here and the service and hotel is great!! Staff goes above and beyond their jobs to help and the hotel is immaculate. Its location is just a short walk from Plaza Mayor yet is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. The views are fantastic!! On some mornings like today you can watch the hot air balloons take off and float overhead. I travel a lot and give this hotel my highest praise. One note, the hotel is on different levels so you may need to climb a few stairs (there are handicap lifts if needed though).

"Pleasant hotel, we had a good sized room. It was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good. The gym was a disappointment. Good equipment, however no gym mats, no towels unless organised with reception and I don't think there was any air conditioning. The exterior of the hotel was a mess, lots of litter. ..."
