"Excellent stay for my daughter’s birthday. Staff were friendly and professional, but also made a fuss of the children and made them feel special, which was just lovely, especially for the birthday girl! Hotel was clean throughout, comfortable bed, bathroom was spotless, breakfast and dinner were both excellent and the kids loved the pool also. Overall a fantastic experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!"

"Incredible hospitality! We were staying for a friends wedding at the venue and the team could not do enough for you. We arrived early morning and asked if we could leave our cases whilst we headed into Bangor - within seconds the receptionist and housekeeping manager were scouting out which rooms were readily available - we were given an upgraded room and able to check in immediately. On our first morning of breakfast, my partner asked the waiting staff if it would be possible to get some avocado with his haddock & eggs, he was told unfortunately it's not something they have in stock as it isn't in any of their menu items. Lo and behold, the next morning we sit down for breakfast and the waiter has been and purchased an avocado just for my partner! Our only downside to the hotel was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom which made for an uncomfortable sleep during a heatwave. Other than this, the hotel was PERFECT and I would recommend to absolutely everybody."
