O atendimento foi excelente; todos os funcionários, desde as recepcionistas até a equipe de limpeza, foram extremamente educados e simpáticos. O café da manhã, embora simples, estava bem saboroso. Por outro lado, alguns aspectos negativos comprometeram a experiência. Houve falta de manutenção em certos equipamentos, como o ventilador da sala e a televisão, que não funcionaram. Além disso, as camas de solteiro...

"O hotel está na média, bem simples, o ruim pra mim pq tenho filho pequeno foi que tudo que precisava tinha que ir na recepção pegar, acredito que era porque só tinha um funcionário, o Wi-Fi não pegava direito, a acústica do quarto era ruim, pq da pra ouvir tudo do quarto ao lodo, por isso não dormi direito, os funcionários são até simpáticos mas sozinhos, no café da manhã achei que seria melhor por causa das fotos e comentários anteriores mas não foi, o bolo estava passado, ô pãozinho duro, suco...

"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...

"O quarto foi pego muito limpo, porém durante a estadia não teve limpeza. Estávamos em 3 famílias e isso aconteceu com os 3. Meu colchão parecia um barco. Café da manhã bem simples e infelizmente o café acabava rápido e demorava uns 20 a 30 minutos pra ficar pronto novamente. Não foi uma boa experiência, infelizmente!"
