BLUE LINE RETREAT UNIT 1 is a 2 bedroom unit that accommodates up to 5 guests, close to all amenities in a great location for your holiday/fishing getaway.

Kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table/chairs, ceiling fan. Lounge with TV, DVD.

Each bedroom has a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, these cool down the whole unit.

Bathroom with double shower, w/c, 2nd bathroom with shower and w/c.

Private undercover courtyard with Webber Q BBQ, outdoor setting, ceiling fan, lounge, TV & Stereo.

Bed configuration - bedroom 1 - queen, bedroom 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top).

Plenty of parking for cars and boats. Shared laundry, fish cleaning and crab cooker facility, boat/motor wash area complete with hoses.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels.

PLEASE NOTE:  dish washing liquid and laundry powder is provided.

Small to medium dogs allowed - fully fenced yard

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

“Life by the Beach”
On first view, Unit 1 was cozy and a little weathered. The outside area was securely fenced off for dogs with a nice patch of artificial grass surrounded by concrete. The outside dart board was a great touch and in my spare time, being a darts player, I spent an hour or two practicing my skills. Inside was done really well, the bathrooms especially. Renovations were really aimed in those bathrooms and it paid off. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of space. The bunk bed in bedroom 1 was comfortable but a little impractical due to placement. Simply put, the lower bed was a double/queen placed against the wall. Two people could sleep fine, with space but if you’re against the wall and need to get up in the night … be prepared for some “mountaineering”! Believe me, it’s not easy and you WILL wake the person next to you unless you are creative. In the end, I ended up sleeping in the single top bed which was the best night sleep I ever had!! The kitchen came with all of the usual essentials. The only trouble we had, but soon rectified, were the lights. The kitchen and living room lights are controlled by remote controls. Convenient but once pressed (the “Light” button), nothing happened. We thought it was broken. Turns out, you have to flick a switch on at the wall to ACTIVATE the remote control. After doing that, all was working … simple! All in all it was a great stay and we look forward to returning.

We found the accommodation to be very spacious and very easy for the husband to move around with his walker. However, if the owner could install grab rails in the toilets and showers as my husband found it very hard to stand without support that would just add to our comfort and would also help other tenants who are looking for that security when using showers.

Fantastic family unit

Beautiful, well kept, clean little unit
We absolutely loved staying at this unit. It had pretty much everything we needed & even our fussy old Staffy had a great time & he didn’t take long to settle in. It has been well kept & we felt very cosy. The unit is within walking distance to all required shops, & the gorgeous beach. We had a fabulous getaway!

Excellent spot in a lovely town
A lovely 3 night stay for my wife and I along with our 2yo spoodle. Plenty of space, updated bathrooms and good kitchen. Seperate lounge area which is very comfortable. Comfy beds. Large undercover outdoor area with table, chairs BBQ etc. Lawned front yard, all fully fenced. Would be great for boaties and fishos with all the facilities they need. Highly recommended.
