Like all locations in the UK, the lack of an physical address (i.e., street number reflecting where the lodging is located causes the customer to " literally" "ask people" where the lodging is physically located. At the Barn B&B, this task took about an extra 90 minutes and was completely dependent on finding someone outside nearby who knew where the lodging was physically located. I lucked out and stopped a gate attendant who knew where the lodging was located, thus, gave me directions to get there.
Based on not having a "real physical address" to publish on their website, is probable due to the postal service in the UK forcing its people to travel to their local post office to secure their postal mail.
This problem could very well cause an expedia customer not to "ever" find their reserved lodging and, thus, request a legitimate refund for their payment to the lodging.
