Intrepid units offer all of this and more. This particular unit is positioned on the top floor and is the closest one to the water that we manage. The kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It offers a single lock up garage and carspace so if you have a small boat or a second car you will not have any problems. We manage other units in this block so if you have a gathering for a number of families or friends this will more than likely suit your needs perfectly. Please Note This IS A Smoke Free Complex Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - King Bed Bedroom 2 - 2 x King Singles Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. Overall the unit is equipped for a stay, easy to use and in a great location for swimming, walking and bayside enjoyment. On the downside there were a couple of cockroach’s that brought a slight dampening to the overall cleanliness of the place. Since then the owners have made some significant improvements (new blinds, new outdoor furniture, new clothes rack, stove and fridge updated and king-size bedding!Plus a great DVD and book library to use during the stay. You can't ask for more. Well done to the owners for making so many improvements. The balcony furniture was filthy and took a while to get it to the stage we could use it.
