Gulfview-2 Br/2.5 Bath-Dog Friendly Location! Location! Enjoy the privacy of this unique location but you are less than 2 minutes to the beach! 2 BR / 2.5 bath, this property has everything to make your vacation perfect! The ground level has an long driveway with outside storage, trash container, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold running water, extended decking with bench that overlooks pond. Beautiful view and you can just sit and read or cast a "line" into the pond! The trash receptacle is also located on this level. The outside storage contains beach chairs and toys for our guests to enjoy! As you enter into the townhome, the foyer is tiled and stairs leads to the first level. As you enter the living area, there is a 65" tv, two plantation style chairs w/ottomans, sleeper sofa, side tables, with inviting décor. The slider opens onto a private deck with back stairs that lead downstairs to the ground level. There is also a gate at the top of the stairs. The back deck has a gas grill and seating to enjoy the tranquil pond view. The dining area has a round table with oversized chairs, seats 4, chandelier w/dimmer lighting, the bar has additional seating. The kitchen is well stocked with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator w/ice maker and pantry. There is a coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, bake ware, dinnerware, plastic ware, pitchers. For your convenience there is a half bath on this level! The second level has two bedrooms and laundry. The primary bedroom has a king bed, 55” mounted smart TV, two side tables w/lamps, full size closet, and a chest of drawers. There is a private bath w/tub/shower enclosure. The private deck has a gorgeous gulf view with lots of sun! The laundry is located on this floor with a full size washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with flat screen tv, nightstands, full size closet and small chest of drawers. There is a private outside deck to enjoy the pond and sun with a totally private setting. Two large resin chaise lounges are provided for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Also, there is starter of dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towel. We also provide beach chairs and some beach toys for you to enjoy the beach! We want your stay At The Yacht Club to be the best! Wanting to spending an extended time at the Cape? The appliances are on the older side but work adequately.. Everything was comfortable and the condo had everything you could possibly need. It was nice to have only a short walk to the beach. Also the customer service was great, a simple call or text and the information was given quickly. As far as the stocked pond goes, there weren’t any bass or bream big enough to bite, but when feeding the turtles, there were some nice catfish that came up. Not all meet their advertised standard of cleanliness or everything-listed-is-there. This unit does: clean; kitchen well stocked; beach access; etc. Thank goodness. ##### Eric H. Great location. Nice people to deal with. Easy to have a pet there and easy to clean up after with the floors. The only suggestion woudl be to have a folder left of things to do in the area since you are more aware of the fun things to do. Having said that, really not their responsibility to do that. Considering the damage from Hurricane Michael in this area, everything was great. We are more used to directly on the beach , but this was close enough that the walk wasn’t bad. Pool was nice and relaxing. Pool nor beach was crowded. Loved that! Stefanie was very helpful! The air on the first floor wasn’t working but she got someone out and handled the problem promptly. We will definitely be back. Port St. Joe was exactly what we were looking for! No hustle and bustle or overcrowded beaches. This place has everything we needed. It's nothing fancy but perfect for your stay. It is stocked with all the necessities of home. Loved the view of the pond and super short walk to the beach. The management had wonderful communication with us. Loved the fact the unit had beach chairs and umbrellas. The shower outside came in handy for us since there was a small leak in the main water supply in Port St.Joe and we had very little water pressure. Over all we can't complain. The only suggestion would be for anyone with toddlers may want to bring some gates that can be placed at the bottom of each staircase. Our three year old wanted to constantly climb up and down them....if we would have thought about it we had some gates we could have brought from home to eliminate this. The community is super friendly. I would also recommend stopping at the piggly wiggly on your way in otherwise you are limited to what the two small places in town have. We def recommend this if your looking for a great relaxing get away from it all. So peaceful and clean. It is truly a hidden gem. Also the unit was plenty enough space for out family of 6\. ##### Heidi A. Booking, access, etc. the condo was perfect and I loved the views of the gulf and the pond! Easy beach access and keyless entry made coming and going simple. Nice tucked away location, very close to the beach. Stephanie was there and provided whatever we needed. Negatives: This place needs deep and thorough cleaning - top to bottom, including ventilation system, kitchen cabinets, storage room; spruce up window treatments, remove dust from all surfaces not only commonly used areas. Musty odor. It is an older unit and it shows. Decluttering and removing some furniture would be beneficial. We will be back in the area. ##### Silvia M. Kitchen was adequately equipped - we had to buy some cooking utensils to cook breakfast-There were no spatulas. The property needs to be cleaned. Filthy vents and window sills.; cobwebs.
