- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions due to a salt air environment. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech / company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. 5th time at Cape San Blas

The house was recently updated. The inside is very nice. Not luxury or high-end, but comfortable. The outside landscaping needed to be maintained. Which would be an easy clean up. We had inconvenience with the kitchen faucet, hot water, and empty propane tank on the grill. The faucet and the hot water were not able to be corrected during our stay. The rental company was friendly and of average responsiveness. We email/called 4 times. The location is perfect! This is the reason we will return.
