Great. Although on the other side of the road from the beach, it was a very short walk. Property was very nice and clean and very affordable. We had a great stay.

Weekend get away

This property was by far the most updated and clean of all that we have stayed in. The master bed could use being replaced but overall, I give it a strong 5 out of 5. It is central to quite a few really good restaraunts and great beaches. I highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone! We will stay again for sure.

Beautiful condo, great location!

Great get away!

Last minute vacation made very easy. We will be back again! Comfortable and easy to get in and out of. The only thing I can say is even though you book through Vrbo you are going to have to do more through Vacasa since they are the ones who manage the booking for this listing.

Perfect vacarion

Our condo was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. Check in was flawless and the location was perfect. We loved the view of the beach from living and master bedroom area and the second bedroom had a pleasant view of a canal out back. We plan to come back.

Great stay

We love staying here. It’s actually our second stay and we love the proximity to the beach and the low key area. I would HIGHLY recommend the owners invest in king size beds just to make sleeping more comfortable for the vacationers. My husband is a big guy and so it would be much more comfortable with king size beds. That’s the only thing I think would improve the vacation experience. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Master bedroom was very nice

Excellent views, very secure, safe. Bed was soft and comfortable as well as clean. Plenty of drawers and closet space bathroom is expansive. New appliances it looked like new refrigerator, new stove, new microwave, new kitchen faucet. Nice to have washer and dryer. Guest room could use a TV. Nice bathroom for guest to use.

Comfy stay with great view!

We enjoyed our stay! Unit was very clean with up to date decor. Felt very comfortable and we had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was very short and we had a nice view! Pool area was also nice and clean. We did have an issue with the Wi-Fi in the unit. We contacted customer service and they tried to fix the problem over the phone but we were unsuccessful. They said they scheduled someone to come out to look at the Wi-Fi on Tuesday. No one ever showed up or called. So the internet was out our entire trip. We weren’t able to do some of our work on our computers because of this issue. The tv only worked with wifi so it did not work either. Hopefully it will be fixed for the next guests! Overall, we had a nice and relaxing trip!

Perfection!

This was our first Mother/daughter (age 7 & 12) beach trip! And our first visit to Mexico Beach. The condo was SO bright and spacious. The view was amazing and even with just my girls and I, the walk to the beach was completely doable. The condo had a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella as well! It was just perfection! We spent our days on the beach and our evenings in the pool. The covered parking was an added perk and the condo had an elevator for easy transport of things! We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. BUT, there is always a but. We noticed in the second bedroom that one of the windows did not lock properly. We contacted management and was notified that the on sight help would be by the correct the issue but that never happened. My daughters and I all slept together in the master bedroom locked in because we were nervous for our safety. Everything else was perfect and I’m sure others have not noticed this issue. We loved our stay overall. ❤️
