Locals said this is normal and the property manger agreed and said it’s not our fault..it’s an area water problem. No hot water for 3 days made a not so fun beach vacation. This listing was not as advertised from the water pressure to the beach frontage. There are 10 condo units next door have no beach frontage so they share the small beach frontage right in front of your private steps. Very misleading pictures as this beach frontage area has eroded since hurricane Michael. I had to look it up because the pictures were so different.
