Bird's Nest is a new GULF FRONT vacation rental house on the Florida Gulf Coast with 8BR/8BA, 2 half baths, a private heated POOL, hot tub, and direct beach access. Enjoy incredible views from every room or any one of your three balconies. The house is conveniently located walking distance to restaurants and shops - next door to Toucans opening Summer 2026. Interior features: Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, elevator servicing all floors, cable TV in every room, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen, natural gas grill, and more. 1st Floor: pool, parking, entry. 2nd Floor: Living room, kitchen, half bath, dining room and a king suite. 3rd Floor: 3BR/3.5BA (2 king suites, 1 bedroom with 4 full beds, 2nd living area with half bath). 4th Floor: 4BR/4BA (3 King suites, 1 bedroom with 4 full beds). Pool heat is included. Saturday to Saturday rental during peak season.
