  • Welcome to your home away from home in historic Port Royal! Enjoy this beautiful, spacious, lowcountry style 1 story 4BR 2BA home in the heart of Old Port Royal. This home has an "open- floor" plan combining living room, dining room and kitchen therefore making it easy to interact with your family and guests. Relax on the front or back porch while you enjoy feeling the southern breezes and saying hello to neighbors walking by.
    We are located just 1 mile from the entrance to Parris Island. This home is perfect for those coming to see their new Marine graduate, as well as those coming to explore Port Royal, historic Beaufort, and the gorgeous surrounding areas. The Sands Beach area, a local favorite destination is only a half mile from the house. It includes a small local beach on the Port Royal Sound, perfect for sunbathing and looking for shark's teeth. There is also a public boat launch, boardwalk and observation tower that overlooks Port Royal Sound and Parris Island. One block from the home is the Cypress Wetlands nature sanctuary with its walking trails and boardwalk. Port Royal offers several unique shops, restaurants, and a wonderful gourmet coffee shop, all within walking distance from the house. Enjoy walking and biking on the nearby Spanish Moss Trail. Downtown Beaufort with its waterfront park, shops, and varied dining options is just an 8 minute drive away. We are a 25 minute drive to the beach and lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park and a 40 minute drive to Hilton Head. Charleston is 60 miles away and Savannah is just 40 miles away. They are both easy day trips.
