Walk in showers in both bathrooms. All doorways were widened to allow room for wheelchairs, as well as the master shower. Property is fenced all the way around, will allow your dogs to visit (no cats) as well as plenty of room to park a large RV, camper, or boat. Large covered front porch to sit and watch a variety of birds and wildlife. Only minutes away from Weeki Wachee State Park as well as Homosassa Wildlife Park. About an hour north of Tampa/Busch Gardens, Clearwater/sandy white beaches, and two hours west of Orlando/everything you can think of. We enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Shack on a trip for a family wedding andxrelaxation. We truly appreciated the fact that our furbabies were welcome and there was plenty if room for them to safely roam as the property is fenced. Plenty of indoor room for 6 people. Awesome that the house was fully stocked and neat as a pin. The property is a short drive to many of the outdoor activities in which one participates in FL but not an undoable drive. If you are kayaking, checkout Weekie Wachee boat/kayak ramp and Hernando Beach public boat ramp. Also, Ozella Trail road ( north) great area for fishing and kayaking. If you are looking for a beach in the area, check out the beach/park in New Port Richey (46 min drive). We lLOVED our stay and hope to eeturn next spring! ##### Stephanie F.
