House was great! Just a short paddle up to Roger’s park or to Hospital Hole. We saw a ton of manatees including several from our deck. Keith is a great host and is very responsive. Great house and great location with the kayaks and paddle boards you need. We go to weeki wachee every spring break and this was our favorite so far!! Plenty of space, very clean, very well kept. Love the porch upstairs and down stairs. Great neighborhood. We used the kayaks they have there and were great. We brought our own paddle boards and were able to get right into the river. We saw manatees along the way!!!! The house was exactly as shown, and the only thing I want to add is that there is a 1/2 bath downstairs so you don’t have to go upstairs to use the potty. Makes it convenient when you are fishing. Location was perfect with only a short drive to the local restaurants and parks. Environment was peaceful. My kids and I were able to paddleboard to the beautiful clear water within 5 minutes from house. Manatees literally swimming up to the house. First of all, this wonderful place is super clean! Beds are comfortable and sectional couch is great for family movie time. We kayaked everyday and saw lots of manatees and water birds. It was our kids first time kayaking and this was the place to do it! Water was calm, clear and easy to navigate with young beginners. Host is very responsive and welcoming.
