Large Entertaining Pool area with a Beachy Tropical Atmosphere that is relaxing and peaceful. Perfect for having dinner outdoors, basking in the sunshine, or reading a book in the large shaded area.

Home is full of sweet coastal beach vibes and the area is amazing with multiple restaurants & tiki bars in very short walking distance. Ramp to drive on the beach is only 1 mile away!

Main house - 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms: (1) King Beds (3) Queen Beds (2) Car Garage Oversized for bikes & beach/pool toys
(2) Driveways that hold 7 vehicles

Cottage - The cottage is attached to the house with 2 separate entrances. You can access the cottage from the side of the house, or the sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool. While it is separate with no direct access to the main house, it is only steps away from the sliding glass door back entrance to the main house. The guest cottage is a studio type setting with a kitchen sink, refrigerator, king bed and a pull out sofa bed. There is no bathroom in the cottage, but the main bathroom has an exterior door to the pool area and is only steps away.

This is a single family home that you will have completely to yourself with full privacy. There are cameras in front and side of the home that only record the exterior of the property These cameras are for security purposes only and DO NOT record the pool or the front patio area. We respect your privacy.

The pool isn't heated and isn't covered, but is very comfortable during the warmer months.
