Modern home with heated saltwater pool in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Located conveniently to local shopping, restaurants, and beach access. 1 King bed + 1 queen bed + 1 twin and 1 twin bunk beds 1 private bathroom with shower off master bedroom + 1 main bathroom with tub/shower. Large open kitchen, pool, fenced yard, BBQ grill, patio dining, beach chairs/gear. Wifi + Smart TV w/Roku + SlingTV (cable channels and on demand viewing) Desk in family room. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and family room. Sunroom with table and chairs. Games and books on the shelf in the hallway. Keyless entry. Laundry. Enjoy the entire home and private backyard. Space to park 3 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking. Please no parking on the lawn or neighboring properties. Other things to note Security Deposit: A hold of $300 will be placed on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in. The home is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It’s well-stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, and sheets, making our stay even more convenient. Everything was as good as the first stay. We had an issue with the A/C and not only did the owners stay in communication but the property manager was there the whole time to assist with the issue until it was resolved.
