"The Queen Mary is a great old ship. We enjoyed all the historical features and notes placed around the ship. Our room was almost as large as a hotel on land. The Observation Lounge was nice with many of the old touches and great views."

"The employees were excellent, but this hotel appears to be struggling in this economy. Linen for the foldout couch had seen better days, and we were asked to make up the bed ourselves. Like many hotels now, fewer people are handling more responsibilities. But they were very friendly and I would be willing to stay there again."

"Noisy area with commuter train bells ringing until midnight or 1am. Pillows very thick, needed to bring my own pillow to be able to sleep. The entire hotel has the same size pillows. Lots of homeless around that might be yelling and screaming at any time of day or night. Outside of these things the hotel is pretty nice and has about 15 parking spots or so underneath the hotel. A couple of the spots have charging available. If you show up before 4:00 you will be charged for checking in early which I find to be pretty rude."

"We had an excellent experience. For the first time in a long time. We stayed at a hotel that had absolutely no issues with the room. The front desk staff attentive and accommodating. Our check in and check out went very smooth . The room was clean and had an absolutely beautiful view. The housekeeping staff was also on point. The cafe downstairs had an amazing menu and even accommodated my wife's gluten allergy. I highly recommend the pizza. Right next door to the convention center and lots of shopping and dining options in walking distance. Great location and great staff. "
