"What a gem! Clean and well-appointed! Lots of fun extras in the room—aromatherapy machine and Dyson hair dryer.
Go for the breakfast/lounge upgrade! Fun surprises that are well worth it!"
"Only had 1 problem the key room didn’t work and had to wait for someone to bring us a new key but other than that everything was solid would recommend!!"
"Spent a day exploring, riding the aqua-bus/ferry (only $1 to cross the bay!) to see the shops and wrapped up the evening with dinner at the Maya restaurant, Fuego. While dining, we enjoyed watching pelicans and herons flying over the waterfront. Slept well in our clean and cozy bed, with a delicious breakfast at the same restaurant in the morning.
All staff were friendly and welcoming, ending with the hotel shuttle service to the Catalina ferry, too!

"We LOVED our stay at Hotel Royal! The staff was super friendly and accommodating! We arrived at 11:30am (check in wasn’t til 3) and they held our bags for an hour as we grabbed a bite to eat and then they texted us that we could check in early! We got to the room and it was very clean, open and airy. It even smelled clean! Loved it. So nice. Also our favorite part was that we got to use their complimentary bikes both days of our stay. We used them to see ALL of Long Beach. It was a great way to get around and made our stay so much easier and cost effective! Really great experience and would highly recommend! "
