The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The sandpiper was open spacious and a great view. Unfortunately there was a sliding door that didn't open ,vertical windows that wouldn't stay open .they just kept sliding shut. A bit unclean in the bedrooms lolly papers and loads of dust on bedhead in the main bedroom. It’s not brand new or beautifully staged but felt very homely and comfortable. The unit is in a great , quiet spot with an amazing NE verandah the protected us from the cold westerly winds and had lovely views of the river.
