The ocean views from the full view picturesque windows in the lounge room and front bedroom will take your breath away. The views from the front balcony are absolutely superb. From June to November, you can watch the passing whales, as well as the sunrise and moonrise over the ocean. Inside the unit the bathroom and bedrooms also required more stairs. The garage supplied with the unit is for a small car only. All other spaces were used by other units so had to use street parking. The rubbish area was a long way away from our unit. The view was very good. Anyone with mobility issues should not use this unit.
